Chocolate Pots

Ingredients (Makes 5 small ramekins pots) 175g/6oz plain chocolate 10floz/½ pint single cream 1 egg pinch of salt ½ tspn vanilla essence Method Put chocolate into a blender and blend. Evadne’s Fruit Cake

Ingredients 175g/6oz dark brown sugar 175g/6oz margarine 225g/8oz self raising flour 3 large eggs 2 tbsps marmalade 350g/12oz mixed fruit 50g/2oz glace cherries – optional   Method Put margarine, sugar, flour and eggs into a blender.
